Streaming portal beamafilm announced at the ALIA (Australian Libraries Information Association) conference in Sydney today, a new way of watching its films for free on the internet for municipal library members.

Early sign-ups for the scheme include libraries in the Brisbane City Council cluster with 450,000 members across 33 venues, and in Victoria Kingston – 78,000 members, Glen Eira – 79,000 members and Yarra Plenty with 48,000 members, are offering the online service.
